Hi, I’m Caroline Sullivan, a storyteller at heart who believes in the power of connection.

I started working in social media in 2018, managing the social presence for my family’s small home remodeling business in the Chicago suburbs. It was my first exposure to what social media truly requires behind the scenes: consistency, clarity, audience awareness and the ability to turn real work into content that connects. There was no playbook, just trial, feedback, and learning what resonated.

I’m currently the Associate Director of Student Athlete Brand Development and Social Media at the University of Notre Dame, leading women’s basketball social. My role blends creative ideation with execution and project management. I build content systems, make real time decisions on game days, collaborate across departments and work directly with student athletes on brand and NIL storytelling.

Outside of work, I reset through hot yoga, travel and time at the lake with my family. Those moments help me come back focused and clear, which is how I do my best work.
