Hi, I’m Caroline Sullivan, a storyteller at heart who believes in the power of connection.

I started working in social media in 2018, managing the social presence for my family’s small home remodeling business in the Chicago suburbs. It was my first exposure to what social media truly requires behind the scenes: consistency, clarity, audience awareness and the ability to turn real work into content that connects. There was no playbook, just trial, feedback and learning what resonated.

Since then, I’ve built my career in sports, blending strategy, storytelling and creative execution across collegiate and professional athletics. I currently work as a Social Media Coordinator for the Phoenix Suns, helping create content across platforms through photography, short form video, game coverage and platform specific storytelling. My work focuses on creating content that feels timely, emotional and shareable while helping grow and strengthen the overall brand.

Before Phoenix, I led women’s basketball social and student-athlete branding at the University of Notre Dame, where I developed and executed content strategies centered around storytelling, player branding and fan engagement. During my time there, the program experienced major audience growth across platforms through creative campaigns, real time content and a deeper focus on connecting with younger audiences online.

What I love most about this work is that no two days look the same. One day I’m editing content and building out creative ideas and the next I’m courtside capturing moments in real time. I enjoy the fast pace of sports, the creativity that comes with adapting to every platform and the challenge of creating content that people genuinely want to engage with and share.

Outside of work, I reset through hot yoga, travel and time at the lake with my family. Those moments help me come back focused and inspired, which is how I do my best work.
