Hi, I’m Caroline Sullivan, a storyteller at heart who believes in the power of connection.

I grew up just outside of Chicago, where my love for sports, creativity, and community first took root. Whether it was on the sidelines with a camera or behind the scenes crafting the perfect caption, I found my passion early: bringing people closer to the teams, players, and moments they love through powerful, authentic storytelling.

Today, I channel that passion into managing social media strategy and content creation in the world of collegiate athletics. I’m currently the Associate Director of Social Media & Student-Athlete Brand Development at the University of Notre Dame, where I lead the women’s basketball social presence, building audiences, creating standout campaigns, and connecting fans to the energy of the game in real time.

Beyond the world of sports and social, you can usually find me flowing through a hot yoga class, planning my next travel adventure, or spending time at the lake with my family. Those slower moments keep me grounded and inspire the creativity I bring to my work every day.

I believe great social media is about more than posting, it’s about creating a feeling, building a community, and telling a story that sticks with people. That’s the energy I bring to every project, every post, and every story I tell.
